"..I asked Jim if he could come to my house and take pictures of my new born son. This is where the fantastic service started and we arranged a time when Jim could come round to meet the family and go through different options to suit my girlfriend and myself. Jims' options were really competitive and he made us feel like we were in safe hands.

On the day Jim was booked, he arrived at my house 10 mins early so obviously the Mrs wasn't anywhere near ready but he waited patiently without any fuss. Once she was ready we shot over to my parents house where we began taking pictures. As my boy was only 5 months old at the time and was being a bit of a monkey, I couldn't get him to smile and he seemed fed up. This wasn't a problem for Jim as he danced around the room to The Spice Girls which he had stored on his phone - worryingly this worked a treat and my boy (who I hope will become a builder, rugby player or boxer), found this really funny - at least I know who to blame if things don't work out that way.

Jim Poyner is the best photographer me or my family have ever used - the pictures he has taken of my boy are so unique and special to all of my family. Without doubt I would recommend Jim to anybody and he will certainly be doing my wedding next year.
